Day 0
Onboarding form
10-minute form: business profile, tool stack, dump scope, voice samples, top-3 use cases. Tells us how to design the vault before our first call.
Business Brain · Add-on
Every doc, SOP, brand guideline, customer transcript, and pricing sheet you have — converted into one Markdown folder Claude reads before answering. Your team adds one line to every AI conversation, and it already knows your business.
$1,500 one-time. Five business days. Includes vault, README, 30-min handoff Loom, and a day-30 follow-up call.$1,000 for Domination clients. $2,500 standalone (no AEO retainer).
The problem
Every time someone on your team opens Claude or ChatGPT for work, they paste in the same context: brand voice, ICP, pricing, service catalog, the process for X. Over and over.
Five sessions a day across the team is 30+ minutes daily of pure context-paste. Every day. Forever.
And it gets worse: most teams paste partial context, get half-right answers, and spend more time correcting Claude than they would have writing the thing themselves.
The fix
We build you a single Markdown vault containing every doc your team needs Claude to know about. Then your team adds one line to every AI conversation:
Reference my Business Brain at ~/Desktop/{your-business}-business-brain/
Read everything you need from it before responding. That's it. That's the whole product. The vault is the asset. The prefix is the habit. Works in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor — any AI tool, any time, on any team member's machine.
What you get
A single Obsidian-readable Markdown folder containing every relevant doc you have — SOPs, brand voice, ICP, pricing, transcripts, contracts — organized into a structure designed for how your team actually works.
A root README explaining the structure, the prefix habit (one line your team adds to every Claude conversation), and the 15-minute monthly maintenance ritual that keeps the Brain current.
A 5–8 minute vault tour walking through every folder, the prefix habit, and a real-time demo of Claude pulling from your docs to answer one of your top use cases.
A scheduled 30-minute call 30 days after delivery to audit usage, propose updates, and reinforce the prefix habit across your team. Not optional — it's how the Brain stays sticky.
Process
Day 0
10-minute form: business profile, tool stack, dump scope, voice samples, top-3 use cases. Tells us how to design the vault before our first call.
Day 1
We walk through the form, scope what's in / out, hand you the dump cheatsheet, and confirm where the docs will live (your Drive, our shared folder, or a Zoom screen-share).
Day 2
You drop everything into the shared folder using the 30-second rule (if a sharp new hire would benefit, dump it). Or we do it together over a 30-min screen-share.
Day 3
Logan runs the kickoff prompt against the dump folder. Claude converts every file to clean Markdown, designs your folder structure, cross-links related docs, and writes your README. Logan does a 30-min QA pass.
Day 4
Logan walks the vault, fixes anything that doesn't match how you actually work, and records your 5–8 min handoff Loom.
Day 5
Vault zip + handoff Loom + delivery email + day-30 calendar invite. Plus a free 15-min team training over Zoom if you want it.
FAQ
Two alternatives. We do the build over a screen-share where the docs stay on your machine and Logan walks Claude through it live, OR you grant time-bound read-only access to a shared folder you control. We'll never store your docs after delivery — the vault zip we send you is the only artifact.
No. This is a flat Markdown folder Claude reads end-to-end on every prompt. No infrastructure to maintain. No embeddings to refresh. No custom GPT to train. The asset is the vault. The product is the habit. Both work in any AI tool — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor — without configuration.
That's the day-30 call. We audit usage. If adoption is low, we walk through the friction and either re-train (free) or restructure the vault. The day-30 call is included in the price specifically because it's the firewall against pay-and-forget.
Optional $200/mo add-on. Otherwise, the README has a 15-minute monthly ritual your team runs themselves — drop new files into _inbox/, run a one-line Claude prompt, done.
Notion AI lives inside Notion. ChatGPT Knowledge bases live inside one custom GPT. The Business Brain lives on your machine in plain Markdown — readable by every AI tool, exportable anywhere, ungated by any vendor's pricing. Your team uses whatever AI they prefer; the Brain works for all of them.
Six to eight hours of Logan's time per delivery + Claude API tokens. The price reflects the labor and the productized assets we maintain (kickoff prompt, README template, onboarding form, handoff Loom outline, monthly ritual). Discounted to $1,000 for Domination clients. $2,500 standalone if you're not on a Silvo AEO retainer.
If you're HIPAA, FINRA, or under any sealed legal constraint, we scope a 15-min compliance call before kickoff. Some doc types (PHI, sealed legal, customer PII) get redacted or skipped entirely. Tell us upfront on the onboarding form and we'll design around it.
